A fugitive wanted in North Carolina is arrested in McDowell County.

Acting on an anonymous tip, deputies arrested 44-year old Michael Anthony Bullabough around 4 Thursday afternoon.

He was wanted from Mecklenburg County for probation violations stemming from failure to register as a sex offender.

His original charge was second degree kidnapping.
