Among the more notable indictments are Harvey Lee Davis, who is charged with first-degree murder and arson in the death of 56-year-old Dennis Williams.

According to police, Davis admitted to setting fire to Williams' Leslie-area home in April. Police said the incident stemmed from a dispute over a chainsaw.

Also indicted are Owen Adkins, Matthew Bennett, Jessica Cooper and James Malcomb who were all arrested in April after police discovered the makings of a meth lab at a residence on Osborne Drive in Rainelle.

Arthur Allen and Charles Collins are both indicted on charges of first-degree arson after allegedly conspiring to burn a home on Spring Street in Alderson.

According to previous reports, police said Allen allegedly paid Collins in November 2012 to torch the home in an act of retaliation against the homeowner.

Lisa Ayers of Charmco is indicted on an embezzlement charge after police say she took a "substantial amount" of money from the Greenbrier County Committee on Aging through illegal ATM withdrawals and the issuance of fraudulent checks while serving as an employee with the committee.

Cases assigned to Judge Rowe will be arraigned on June 13 at 1:15 p.m. Those assigned to Judge Pomponio will be arraigned on June 21 at 9 a.m.
