In addition, two other suspects -- identified as Matthew Shane Crigger, 27, of Jewell Ridge and David Junior Blankenship, 36, of Richlands -- are currently wanted by the Tazewell County Narcotics Task Force and remain at large.

Among those indicted are business owner John Griffith and employees Brian Buckland and Jennifer Shorter, who are charged in connection with the sale of synthetic cannabinoids -- a type of synthetic marijuana.

Buckland faces 8 counts, Griffith 6 counts and Shorter one count.

The three worked at 'Slackers,' a tobacco shop in Richlands. A second store in Tazewell recently closed.
