    MERCER CO. (WVVA) - Dustie Beller was on trial for running over a woman with her car all for chainsaw. While she was found not guilty of attempted murder, the jury did find her guilty of petty larceny, conspiracy, failure to stop and render aid, and malicious wounding. RICHLANDS (WVVA) - A total of 21 drug-related indictments against 20 individuals were released by authorities in Tazewell County Monday during a afternoon news conference in Richlands.

The indictments were handed down during the May 7, 2013 sitting of the Tazewell County Grand Jury. All 20 individuals have been taken into custody.

In addition, two other suspects -- identified as Matthew Shane Crigger, 27, of Jewell Ridge and David Junior Blankenship, 36, of Richlands -- are currently wanted by the Tazewell County Narcotics Task Force and remain at large.

Among those indicted are business owner John Griffith and employees Brian Buckland and Jennifer Shorter, who are charged in connection with the sale of synthetic cannabinoids -- a type of synthetic marijuana.

Buckland faces 8 counts, Griffith 6 counts and Shorter one count.

The three worked at 'Slackers,' a tobacco shop in Richlands. A second store in Tazewell recently closed.

These indictments represent a year-long collaborative investigation by the Tazewell County Narcotics Task Force, Tazewell County Sheriff's Office, Richlands Police Department, Tazewell Police Department, Bluefield, Va., Police Department, Virginia State Police and Cedar Bluff Police Department.
