Riders make emotional stop in Rainelle on way to Wall

RAINELLE (WVVA) - More than 800 motorcyclists roared into Rainelle Thursday on their way to the Vietnam Veterans Memorial Wall in Washington.

The riders participating in the Run for the Wall' -- a Memorial Day tradition -- began their journey on the other side of the country in California.

Emotions were high as the riders experienced the welcome waiting for them in Greenbrier County.

"I'd say Rainelle is probably the highlight of this trip," said one rider.  "Small town America actually still cares."
