HINES, W. Va (WVVA)-- Police have arrested another person on meth charges in Greenbrier County after busting a meth lab Monday night.

It happened at a home in Hines on C.C.C. Road.

Deputies said they discovered a portable meth lab on the railroad tracks West of Rupert.

Using clues found in the lab, they later identified Jerry Rogers, Jr. of Hines on video surveillance as he bought alleged meth-making materials at the Kroger in Rainelle.

Deputies arrested him at his home, where they found other meth materials in the garbage, and drug paraphernalia in the house.

Rogers is behind bars on $20,000 bond at Southern Regional Jail.

He is charged with operating or attempting to operate a clandestine lab.
