    MERCER CO. (WVVA) - Dustie Beller was on trial for running over a woman with her car all for chainsaw. While she was found not guilty of attempted murder, the jury did find her guilty of petty larceny, conspiracy, failure to stop and render aid, and malicious wounding. LEWISBURG (WVVA) - The Fayette County Sheriff's Department tells WVVA News that Gary Glover has been located by the Lewisburg Police Department and is in good health.

FAYETTEVILLE - The Fayette county Sheriff's Office is seeking assistance from the public in locating a missing man. Sheriff Kessler released the following information concerning this missing person.

Gary Glover was last seen in the area of the FMRS office building in Fayetteville, WV at approximately 9:45 am on Wednesday, May 8, 2013. He is described as a white male, 56 years old, approximately 6 feet, 2 inches tall and weighing approximately 200 pounds. He has medium-length white hair and blue eyes. He was last seen wearing blue jeans, black tennis shoes, a white hooded sweatshirt with brown stripes and a dark colored leather trench-coat. Glover is from the Page area of Fayette County but his direction of travel is unknown at this time. Glover reportedly suffers from mild mental retardation and may appear confused and disoriented.

No foul play is suspected in the disappearance of Gary Glover at this time.
