BUCHANAN COUNTY (WVVA) -- A Kentucky man is arrested for the murder of a Buchanan County man five months ago.

Buchanan County Sheriff Ray Foster says 35-year-old Terry Dean Ramey of Mouthcard, Kentucky was arrested by Kentucky State Police Friday.

He's charged with first degree murder, robbery, and use and possession of a firearm in connection with the death of 48-year-old Freddie Bailey.

Bailey was found dead at his home in the Jacks Creek section of Buchanan County.

Terry Dean Ramey is being held in the Pike County Detention Center pending extradition to Virginia.

He is being held without bond.
