Pipestem State Park announces the 2013 outdoor entertainment

PIPESTEM, W.Va. – Pipestem Resort State Park in Summers County has a variety of entertainment planned for the 2013 summer season, from a community band and local music school productions to bluegrass and gospel music evenings.

Pipestem's 525-seat amphitheater is a summer outdoor venue. Show attendees also can bring blankets for additional hillside seating. A refreshment concession stand is onsite. The venue is family friendly and no alcohol is allowed. A minimal attendance fee helps to defray costs for some shows and some evenings are without fee. All shows are open to the public. All amphitheater shows begin at 8 p.m.
