    MERCER CO. (WVVA) - Dustie Beller was on trial for running over a woman with her car all for chainsaw. While she was found not guilty of attempted murder, the jury did find her guilty of petty larceny, conspiracy, failure to stop and render aid, and malicious wounding. PIPESTEM, W.Va. – Pipestem Resort State Park in Summers County has a variety of entertainment planned for the 2013 summer season, from a community band and local music school productions to bluegrass and gospel music evenings.

Pipestem's 525-seat amphitheater is a summer outdoor venue. Show attendees also can bring blankets for additional hillside seating. A refreshment concession stand is onsite. The venue is family friendly and no alcohol is allowed. A minimal attendance fee helps to defray costs for some shows and some evenings are without fee. All shows are open to the public. All amphitheater shows begin at 8 p.m.
