    Woman guilty of four charges after running over employee

    MERCER CO. (WVVA) - Dustie Beller was on trial for running over a woman with her car all for chainsaw. While she was found not guilty of attempted murder, the jury did find her guilty of petty larceny, conspiracy, failure to stop and render aid, and malicious wounding. The victim had this to say about the verdict. "Um very happy,” Mackenzie Ansley said. “To be expected -- the attempted murder charge. I knew coming into it, it was an iffy charge. BLUEFIELD -- On Saturday, April 27, 2013 from 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM the following police agencies will be participating in the national prescription pill take back sponsored by the Drug Enforcement Administration. This is a list of the agencies and locations they will be accepting prescription pills for take back.

Mercer County:

  • State Police - Princeton Detachment
  • Bluefield Police Department

McDowell County:

  • Walmart in Kimball

Tazewell County:

  • Tazewell First Assembly Church of God
  • Richlands Police Department
  • Food City - Pounding Mill
  • Bluefield, Va. Police Department

Raleigh County:

  • Raleigh County Commission on Aging on South Kanawha Street
  • State Police - Beckley Detachment at the DMV office
  • Kroger on Harper Road in Beckley

Wyoming County:

  • Magic Mart in Oceana
  • Rite Aid in Pineville
  • Rite Aid in Mullens

Greenbrier County:

  • State Police in Lewisburg

Summers County:

  • Kroger in Hinton

Fayette County:

  • State Police - Oak Hill Detachment

Buchanan County:

  • Walmart in Grundy

Bland County:
