BECKLEY (WVVA) - A Pennsylvania man is behind bars in southern West Virginia after police find components of a meth lab in a Raleigh County residence.

Officers with the Beckley PD, Raleigh County Sheriff's Office and State Police executed a search warrant at a residence on Edwards Street in Beckley Monday that was suspected in the sale of methamphetamine.

Upon searching the residence, components of a meth lab were discovered in the basement.

Authorities arrested 27-year-old Jeorge James Lozovoy of Pittsburgh. He's charged with delivery of methamphetamine and is currently being held at Southern Regional Jail on $30,000 bond.

Additional charges are pending.

The Beckley Fire Department and EPA responded to help secure the scene due to the potential of dangerous chemicals in the home.
