    Woman guilty of four charges after running over employee

    MERCER CO. (WVVA) - Dustie Beller was on trial for running over a woman with her car all for chainsaw. While she was found not guilty of attempted murder, the jury did find her guilty of petty larceny, conspiracy, failure to stop and render aid, and malicious wounding. The victim had this to say about the verdict. "Um very happy,” Mackenzie Ansley said. “To be expected -- the attempted murder charge. I knew coming into it, it was an iffy charge. CHARLESTON -- The following is a list of anticipated construction projects requiring lane closures on the West Virginia Turnpike during the week of April 15th through April 18th.  The major paving and construction work will take place at night between the hours of 6 PM to 6 AM.  Except in rare or unforeseen instances, there is no paving or lane closures during the summer on Fridays (after 6 AM), Saturdays or Sundays (before 6 PM). 

KANAWHA COUNTY

Mahan to Sharon – Milepost 66 to 75, Northbound

Near Marmet – Milepost 89-90 North and Southbound

FAYETTE COUNTY

Between Mossy and Mahan – Milepost 61 Northbound and Milepost 63 Southbound

RALEIGH COUNTY

I-64/77 Interchange to Beckley  – Milepost 39 to 43.5 Northbound

I-64/77 Interchange to Ghent – Milepost 35 to 30 Southbound

Near North Beckley, Rt. 19 – Milepost 47.5 Northbound
