BEAVER (WVVA) - A Virginia man was transported to a Raleigh County hospital after his vehicle went over an embankment on Interstate 64.

The Raleigh County Sheriff's Department says a silver 2001 Dodge Neon driven by Isaac Aboagye of Staunton, Va., drove off the left edge of I-64 westbound around 7 a.m. Wednesday, went into the median, over an embankment between the two overpass bridges and flipped several times before coming to a rest on its top on Airport Road.

Aboagye was transported to Raleigh General Hospital. His condition is unknown at this time.

Deputy T.D. Pack of the Raleigh County Sheriff's Office is investigating the incident.
