LEWISBURG (WVVA) - The man convicted of selling fake passes to the Greenbrier Classic WASback in court Tuesday morning.

Steven Van Horn appeared for a sentencing hearing in Greenbrier County but he was not sentenced -- his attorney asked that his character and current paying job be taken into consideration.

The judge ordered an evaluation to assess whether he would be a good candidate for self-reporting to a correctional center.

Another sentencing hearing will be scheduled when the evaluation is complete.
