WV woman killed after car crashes into a church


CHARLESTON, W.Va. (AP) -- A Dunbar woman is dead after she lost control of her car and crashed into a church.

Media outlets report that the accident occurred around 3:15 a.m. Thursday on Greenbrier Street near Charleston.

The Kanawha County Sheriff's Department says 33-year-old Amy D. Toler's northbound car crossed the center line and ran into Meadowbrook Freewill Baptist Church. Toler died at the scene.

Police say she wasn't wearing a seatbelt
