OAK HILL (WVVA) - One suspect has been arrested, and two others remain at large on drug charges in Fayette County.

Charity Leady, 28, of Oak Hill, was arrested Saturday on 1 count of delivery of heroin, 2 counts of possession with intent to deliver and 1 count of conspiracy.

Leady is free on $25,000 bond.

Warrants are still outstanding for Nathan Davis, 24, of Morgantown and Martin Luther Wrack, 24, of Detroit.

Davis is wanted on 2 counts of transporting a controlled substance into the state, 2 counts of possession with intent to deliver and 1 count of conspiracy.

Wrack is wanted on 2 counts of transporting into the state, 2 counts of possession with intent to deliver and 1 count of conspiracy.

Authorities with the Central West Virginia Drug Task Force says $11,000 worth of heroin, numerous hyrdochodones and $2,000 cash has been seized as a result of the investigation.
