    CHRISTIANSBURG, Va. (AP) -- A man accused of shooting and wounding two women at a community college inside a Christiansburg mall has pleaded guilty to four felony charges. Media outlets report that 19-year-old Neil Allan MacInnis of Christiansburg pleaded guilty Wednesday to two counts of aggravated malicious wounding and two counts of using a firearm in a felony. VICTOR -- The Fayette County Sheriff's Office is investigating a fire at a residence on Saturday Road in the Victor area of Fayette County.

Units from the Ansted and Nuttall Fire Departments were dispatched to a reported structure fire at approximately 5:40 pm Wednesday. While firefighters were attempting to extinguish The fire an individual at the scene began interfering with their efforts.

Ralph Bostick, age 50, of Victor was arrested and charged with two counts of Obstructing firefighter, Defrauding a Public Utility and Public Intoxication. He was remanded to the Southern Regional Jail pending his arraignment in the Magistrate Court of Fayette County Thursday morning.
