ALTA, W. Va (WVVA)-- A car flips over a guard rail and lands upside down.
The accident happened on Route 12 around noon Monday.
Firefighters on the scene told WVVA the driver told them she lost control of her van when it hit loose gravel.
She first slammed into a guard rail and then over-corrected into another guard rail on the other side of the road, where her vehicle flipped with the impact.
The driver was uninjured and not transported to a hospital, firefighters said.
One lane of the road was closed while crews cleared the scene.
Clintonville and Alderson fire departments responded, along with the Greenbrier County Sheriff's Office and West Virginia State Police.
