(WVVA)- We continue to remember the crippling amounts of snow that fell across the Two Virginias 20 years ago today, but what was it like to cover the storm live on air?
From working the phones to sleeping in shifts at the station here at WVVA, those were just a couple of the things required to provide continuous live coverage of the Storm of the Century.
We caught up with former WVVA evening anchor Kevin McGraw, who told us that as the storm was occurring, the news team did everything they could to relay relevant information and provide good community service broadcasting to viewers across the Two Virginias.
