ARNETT (WVVA) - A Raleigh County man has been arrested on a fugitive warrant out of Ohio.
Timothy Combs, 32, of Arnett was indicted in January in Williams County, Ohio, for grand theft auto.
Combs is also a registered sex offender in West Virginia.
He is currently being held in Southern Regional Jail awaiting extradition.
