MARION -- The Lincoln Theatre is now registering second through eighth grade children for our Lincoln Theatre Children's Chorus. Practices will be held from 4:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. on April 2nd, 9th, 16th, 23rd, and 30th.
Now in its third season, The Lincoln Theatre Children's Chorus will be singing with Daniel Rodriguez and Marla Kavanaugh on Sunday, May 5, 2013, at 3:00 p.m. and will be performing an arrangement of patriotic and inspirational songs to recognize our first responders, community leaders and military.
Mr. Bryan Underwood will be accompanying on piano. Mrs. Sally Moorer and Ms. Evelyn T. Lawrence are the directors of the Chorus. If you would like to register your child to participate in this event, please contact Christine at The Lincoln Theatre 276-783-6092 x2.
There is no fee for children to participate in the chorus. They will also receive a free Lincoln Theatre Children's Chorus shirt designed by Duane Cregger to wear during the concert performance.
