CHARLESTON (WVVA) - The concerns of southern West Virginians were front and center at the state capitol Tuesday during Mercer County Day at the Legislature.
The delegation from Mercer County heard from Gov. Earl Ray Tomblin, president of the WVEA -- and Mercer County resident -- Dale Lee and Turnpike Manager Greg Barr, among others.
