BECKLEY (WVVA) - The trial for a Mercer County man accused in a 2012 murder has been moved to Raleigh County.
Gerald Little will now have his case heard in Beckley, by Senior Status Judge John Hrko of Wyoming County.
The Raleigh County Circuit Clerk's Office says the transfer came down on Tuesday.
Police say Little killed 57-year-old Jerry Buckner at Buckner's Princeton home in March 2012.
This is the second time Little has faced murder charges. in 2005, he was convicted on voluntary manslaughter in the death of his brother, Daniel Little.
Gerald Little served until 2011 for the previous crime.
