PRINCETON (WVVA) - A man charged with first-degree murder and robbery in connection with a 2011 murder will enter a guilty plea.

Thomas Hall appeared in Judge William Sadler's court Monday afternoon. He is now expected to enter a plea of second-degree murder on March 4.

According to previous reports, police said Hall -- along with Tammy Keen and others -- conspired to set up and rob 41-year-old Timothy Dewitt at an area near the gorge off Eads Mill Road in early 2011.

Dewitt's body was found in March 2011 by a bridge maintenance worker. He had been shot multiple times.

Keen also made an appearance in court Monday, during which a motion to continue was filed. Her next court date was scheduled for March 29.

WVVA's Rachel Lucas was in court Monday and will have more on these developments this evening at 5 and 6.
