KEGLEY (WVVA)-- A man has been taken to the hospital via helicopter after he was beat with a bat.
Mercer County 9-1-1 says it happened in a mobile home park in the Kegley area of Mercer County.
Trooper Lee with the West Virginia State Police says the man had lacerations on his head and that he was taken to a hospital in Tennessee.
Police say that it was a domestic dispute between an Uncle, Nephew, Brother and Brother-in-law.
Trooper Lee says they have three people in custody.
