WAR (WVVA) - A pair charged in the murder of the mayor of War are among those who have been indicted in McDowell County.
Rebecca Lynn Hatcher, 32, and her brother, Earl Click, 25, are both charged with first-degree murder in the death of War Mayor Tom Hatcher in July 2012.
Rebecca Hatcher is Tom Hatcher's daughter-in-law who was living with him at the time of the slaying.

Other indictments include Greer Orell, who was arrested in January and charged with operating a meth lab in the War area.

Danny Ray Payne was indicted on charges stemming from a 2008 incident in which he allegedly shot his son with bird shot after an argument at a home in the Bartley area.
The Grand Jury returned a total of 62 indictments during the February session.
