WVVA News--Sophie is a Chameleon, she approximately 16 inches long, from the tip of her nose to the tip of her tail. She eats live meal worms and crickets and her tongue can extend at least the length of her body.
She has been a wonderful addition to the White Sulphur Springs Elementary Kindergarten Class taught by Mrs. Lisa Stacy, Miss Jennifer, and Mrs. Vonda Lockhart.
As a result of her joining the class, they have discovered many interesting facts about Sophie and her lizard friends.
