    Bluefield, WVWVVA-TVDelaware authorities have decided to drop witness intimidation charges against WVU's Wendell Smallwood. Smallwood was alleged to make threatening phone calls to a witness in a murder case in Wilmington. Authorities have determined that the phone calls were not threatening. WVU has not announced their intentions for Smallwood yet.More >>
