The three auto makers are ranked the most dependable vehicles in a 2013 JD Power and Associate survey. The survey measures problems experienced in the last year on three-year-old vehicles.
Problems can include anything from engine failure to dashboard electronics glitches.
Toyota and Mercedes-Benz were also among the best performers. Jeep, Mitsubishi, Dodge and Land Rover got the worst rankings.
