A Mercer County man, suspected in a two-state rash of burglaries is back in West Virginia.
Last weekend Jacoby Harold was arrested in Bland County, Virginia as a fugitive from justice.
A spokesperson with the Mercer County Sheriff's Department says Jacoby Harold waived extradition. Wednesday morning deputies traveled to Bland County, Virginia and brought Harold back to jail in West Virginia.
Investigators say Harold is a suspect in a string of burglaries in both Virginia and West Virginia.
