DAVY (WVVA) - Follow the inspiring journey of London Maynard, an 8-year-old from McDowell County as he battles Non-Hodgkins Lymphoma with Stephanie Crace's two-part series 'Fighting the Good Fight.'
London was diagnosed in 2009. He was in remission for 8 months before the disease returned in 2012. London's treatment took him to Columbus, Ohio where he was able to have some of the best experiences of his life. He had a personal helicopter ride, became honorary firefighter for a day, and had a chance to ride the zamboni during the OSU hockey game.
The Maynards are now moving forward, but will not forget all the people that supported London during his battle.
