One airlifted after crash in Princeton


PRINCETON (WVVA) - A Peterstown woman was airlifted to a Charleston hospital following a three-car accident in Princeton Monday morning.

The crash occurred at the intersection of Ambrose Lane and Route 460.

Trooper L.F. Lee of the West Virginia State Police said the vehicle driven by the Peterstown woman ran a red light and crashed into two vehicles.

Two others were transported to area hospitals. One had to be extricated from their vehicle.

Lee said charges are pending.
