The 2013 Valentine's spending survey shows only a slight increase in expected sales this year with the average person planning to spend just over $130. Last year, Americans spent $126. Overall spending on Valentine's Day will reach approximately 18 billion dollars.
Both traditional and non-traditional gifts will be popular again this year.
