On 6th anniversary, blood drive honors Ghent victims

Posted:

GHENT (WVVA) - Six years after the deadly explosion at a Raleigh County convenience store, residents honored the memories of the victims with the gift of life.

The American Red Cross held a blood drive Thursday at the Ghent Volunteer Fire Department.

Dozens of donations were collected.

In 2007, a propane gas explosion killed four people and injured six at the Little General in Ghent.
