BECKLEY (WVVA) - A trial date has been set for a West Virginia man charged with first-degree murder.
Donald Moore, 46, of Naoma is accused in the shooting death of 42-year-old James Williams or Artie.
The incident took place last year at the Hillbilly Tavern in Rock Creek following an argument.
Moore's trial is scheduled for April 30. He's currently being held without bond at Southern Regional Jail.
