BECKLEY (WVVA) - The man accused in the death of a 13-month old boy says he's not guilty.
Investigators say 46-year-old Charles Wickline of Jonben, Raleigh County, backed over the child with his car last July at a home on Bacontown Road.

Wickline is charged with child neglect resulting in death. He has been on home confinement as a condition of his bond.
Wickline's trial date is scheduled for April 29.
