OAK HILL (WVVA) - Police have arrested a suspect in Thursday's fatal shooting in Oak Hill.
Terreque Gray, 23, of Oak Hill has been charged with murder in the shooting death of 25-year-old Maurice Lamar McCain.
Police said McCain was shot in the face. The shooting occurred around 3:30 p.m. at the corner of Mahan Street and Highlawn Avenue.
Gray is being held at Southern Regional Jail.

OAK HILL (WVVA) - One person was in critical condition following a shooting incident in Fayette County Thursday.
The incident occurred around 3:30 p.m. at 201 Highlawn Ave. where police say one person was shot in the face.
The Oak Hill Police Department and State Police responded to the incident.
Authorities say several people were at the residence at the time of the shooting. They have not ruled out an accident.
