BECKLEY (WVVA) - A Raleigh County Sheriff's Deputy is being brought up on child abuse charges.
According to Raleigh County Prosecutor Kristin Keller's office, Dep. Randy Burgess was arraigned in court Wednesday by Judge Kirkpatrick on a felony child abuse charge.
