BECKLEY (WVVA) - Tuesday brought not just a new year to the Two Virginias, but new life as well.
New parents Frank and Evangeline Colverson spent the first minutes of the new year in the delivery room at Raleigh General Hospital.
Their 9-pound son, Jeson, was born at 2 a.m.
Baby and mother were both said to be doing well and are expected to leave the hospital on Thursday.
