BECKLEY (WVVA) - A Raleigh County murder suspect appeared in court Tuesday for a preliminary hearing.
Donald Moore, 46, of Naoma, is charged with the murder in connection with the death of James Williams, 42, of Artie, during an altercation at the Hillbilly Tavern in Rock Creek.
The fight began in the tavern, but eventually went outside where Moore allegedly shot Williams.
The victim later died from the injuries from the gunshot.
