LEWISBURG (WVVA) - A Greenbrier County man was arrested after police say he tried to sell drugs inside a fast food restaurant.

Joseph Edward Morgan, 24, allegedly entered the Lewisburg Taco Bell and asked the cashier if she knew anyone who wanted to buy pain pills.

After searching his car, police found two bottles of prescription pain medications belonging to Morgan, who police say admitted to selling some of the pills earlier in the day.

Police say Morgan was also intoxicated at the time of his arrest. He is charged with attempting to deliver oxymorphone.
