GRASSY MEADOWS (WVVA) - A Greenbrier County man was airlifted Wednesday after crashing his ATV.
The Greenbrier County Sheriff's Departments says Danny Ray Fitzwater, 40, of Alderson was driving a Honda four-wheeler when he lost control, flipping the vehicle.
Police say Fitzwater was thrown from the ATV and suffered non-life threatening injuries. He was not wearing a helmet.
Fitzwater was airlifted to a Charleston hospital.
Police say alcohol use is suspected in the crash.
The incident is being investigated by Capt. Livingston of the Greenbrier County Sheriff's Department.
