This week's Event of the Weekend takes us to Fayette County for the 33rd annual Bridge Day Festival!
This year's festival is Saturday October 20th from 9 until 3.
Traffic across the New River Gorge Bridge will be shut down from 7 am until 5 pm.
Bridge Day is the largest extreme sports event in the world with base jumpers plunging from the bridge.
Organizers expect hundreds of vendors and information booths are available to learn more about the history of the bridge.
Guests are invited to take the four mile walk down to the gorge.
