BECKLEY (WVVA) - Two men accused in the shooting death of a Raleigh County man appeared in court Tuesday.

Dewayne Lane, 22, of Beckley waived his preliminary hearing while 20-year-old Cornealus 'Ty' Taylor had his.

Both are suspected -- along with 23-year-old Alfred Pitman -- in the fatal shooting of 32-year-old Shawn Rucker.

Rucker ws killed outside his home on Sixth Street in late September.

Beckley Det. Dave Allard took the stand during Taylor's hearing. Allard said witnesses have placed all three in the area at the time of Rucker's murder.

Probable cause was found.

The case will head to the grand jury in January.
