Major Flooding in Nigeria Leaves Thousands Homeless


NBC News- Thousands of people left homeless by the widespread flooding in Nigeria.

Residents are experiencing the worst flooding in at least 50 years.

At least 140 have been killed in the flooding.

The president visited with hard hit areas, telling victims the government was committed to helping them.

Nigerians are used to seasonal flooding, hitting from May to September, but not on this scale.
