UPDATE: BECKLEY (WVVA) - The Beckley Police Department has issued a warrant for a man wanted in connection with Wednesday night's shooting that left one man critically wounded.

Davin Thorton, 22 -- along with a male juvenile -- are accused of shooting a man outside Hager Apartments on Hager Street.

The name of the victim has not yet been released. Police say the victim remains in critical condition, but is improving.

If you have any information on Thorton's whereabouts, contact the Beckley Police or 911.

BECKLEY (WVVA) - A victim is in critical condition after a late night shooting in Beckley.

The incident occurred around 10:30 p.m. at the Hager Apartments on Hager Street.

Multiple shots were fired before the suspect -- or suspects -- fled the scene.

The victim was taken to a nearby hospital.

After this shooting, there were separate reports of shots fired on F Street and Antonio Street. It's unknown at this time if the incidents are related.

It's also unknown if this incident is connected to the fatal shooting of Shawn Rucker on Sept. 26.
