BECKLEY (WVVA) - A taste of Italy has come to Beckley -- and Five Guys aren't far behind.
The city's newest restaurant, Olive Garden, officially opened for business Monday.
The Italian-themed eatery sits in the center of the Raleigh Mall location.
The new business is employing nearly 150 people.
General Manager Heath Saunders says customers who are planning to come by may be in for a wait. He advises diners to arrive about 30 minutes early.
The restaurant is open from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m., Sunday through Thursday; they are open until 11 p.m. on Friday and Saturday.
Meanwhile, another popular restaurant is set to make its Beckley debut:
Five Guys Burgers and Fries is opening a new location at the Cranberry Creek Shopping Center off of Eisenhower Drive on Oct. 15.
