PRINCETON (WVVA) - The trial date has been delayed for the wife of a man who was fatally shot while trying to rob a convenience store.

Jessica Roberts, 31, is now expected to face trail some time in November.

Roberts is charged with murder, armed robbery and conspiracy in connection with an August 2011 incident at the Pop Shop in Bramwell.

Investigators say Roberts waited in the car while her husband, David, tried to rob the convenience story. He was shot dead by a customer inside the story who was carrying a concealed weapon.

Roberts faces the murder charge for allegedly being an accomplice in a criminal act in which someone was killed.
