    MERCER CO. (WVVA) - Dustie Beller was on trial for running over a woman with her car all for chainsaw. While she was found not guilty of attempted murder, the jury did find her guilty of petty larceny, conspiracy, failure to stop and render aid, and malicious wounding. BECKLEY (WVVA) - Jeffrey Aron Johnson has now been captured, according to an updated press release from Cpl. Thomas received shortly after 9 a.m.

Details on the capture were not yet known.

BECKLEY (WVVA) - Authorities are on the lookout for an inmate missing from Beckley Correctional Center.

According to a release from Cpl. David P. Thomas,  Jeffrey Aron Johnson escaped on Monday. He was missing from his approved work release furlough residence and was unable to be located.

He is serving 1 to 5 years for receiving or transferring a stolen vehicle.

Johnson, 32,  is 5'10" 150 pounds. He has multiple scars, including a round scar on his left knee, multiple scars on the side of his right knee, multiple scars on the top of his right hand, multiple scars on his head and a scar on the left side of his chest.

Johnson has a dragon tattoo on his top left shoulder, a spaded tipped cross on his inner right forearm, a skull on his upper back right arm and a Chinese symbol on his right shoulder.

He could be driving a 2005 silver Buick, license WV 6UJ400 that belongs to his father.
