RICHLANDS -- The Richlands Area Chamber of Commerce in conjunction with Clinch River Kiwanis, Richlands Lions, Richlands Rotary and Richlands Woman's Clubs will host a MEET THE CANDIDATES FORUM, for both Richlands and Cedar Bluff candidates, Tuesday, October 16, 7:00p.m. at Richlands Middle School Auditorium.
Candidates seeking election from the communities of Richlands and Cedar Bluff have been invited to participate. The public is encouraged to attend.
Each candidate will be introduced and given the opportunity to present a three-minute briefing of the issues facing the communities of Richlands and Cedar Bluff and the vision they have for the future. This will be followed by questions from the audience, if time permits. Questions need to be presented to the moderator at the beginning of the forum. Each candidate will then have an opportunity to make any closing remarks.
