ROCK CREEK (WVVA)-- A man is shot and killed after a bar brawl at Hillbilly's Tavern in Rock Creek, Raleigh County.
Police in Raleigh County say that 46-year-old Naoma resident Donald Moore and the victim, identified as James Williams, 42, of Artie, began to fight inside the tavern.
The fight eventually went outside where Moore allegedly shot Williams.
The victim died a little later due to the injuries from the gunshot.
Moore turned himself in without incident to Raleigh County Sheriff Deputies a short time later.
He is in Southern Regional Jail facing murder charges.
